"A fantastic property situated on Mall Road with Naini Lake & the mountains for a stunning uninterupted view. The property is ideal for those who want to explore Nainital and not be continually dependent on a car OR some mode of transport. The staff are always willing to assist. If you manage to get bookings here, just go for it"

"Amazing location, good staff, good food (-) no partition of bathing area , so the bathroom becomes all wet"

"It is a decent property with good staff, delicious food. Some buildings of the property are under renovation so some nearby noise keeps troubling you. Location is good with complimentary shuttle service"

"Property and its location is great. Food items are limited though"

"We, family of 6 stayed there for 5 nights in dec21. Pros: 1. Spacious rooms with powerful heater in place. 2. Good breakfast. Dinner is lip smackingly delicious. 3. Great heritage properry. 4. Very good service Cons: 1. The approach road to the property is very very steep."

"We planned this trip to visit Kainchi Dham. Selecting this hotel was the one of the best decisions of our lives. My wife and I loved this place for it's location, views, food, courteous staff, and last but not the least 'AMAZING OWNERS'. We would be visiting this place again and have already started referring this place to our friends and family members."

"The property has a stunning view of the hills which will make you fall in love with it. However, our room had faulty switches because of which we couldn't turn on the geyser at all during our stay. Food was nice but a little on the expensive side."

"We liked the location and feel of the property. Staff behavior and food"
