"What a strange holiday...our villa was beautiful and comfortable with a cute little pool and great views over the sea, but the security enforcement was too over the top! They followed us, wouldn't let us walk everywhere, or made us feel like we were prisoners in jail with limitations. Perhaps this was due to it being off-season or because we're foreigners, but it made the experience feel like what life must be in North Korea. Another off-putting thing was seeing the foreign manager getting drunk...

"A pretty hotel, great food both at breakfast and dinner, we had the cheaper room and it was fine and the shared bathrooms were always clean and nice to use. The pool was a great asset, and the views are amazing. We could have done with the staff being a little more helpful with getting around the local area and things to do. If you dont have your own transport it’s difficult. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at PuLuong Luna! The staff was so kind and helpful. The resort manager Anh helped arrange a tour of the area and transportation back to Hanoi! The view from our room was simply stunning! Make sure to preorder dinner ahead of time so you don’t have to wait. We really loved the steamed fish in bamboo, had it two nights in a row!
