「Overall, hotel amenities, service and location was good. Only one downfall, restaurant manager/supervisor who was in charge on 9Sep night (cant recall his name) passed an offensive and unacceptable remark on my way of eating thosai without realising that i’m a tamilian. I think he should just mind his own business and refrain from passing remark while customer having their meals. 」

「Thank you to the amazing staff for their hospitality and their service with smiles. We were a family of seven with senior citizens and they accommodated our needs beautifully. Go between Aug and Feb to see the river in full flow. 」

「Place needs to be mantained better. There was a black footprint on the bedsheet when we arrived and they had to be replaced. The place was not very clean. This was a non-smoking suite and we had tremendous smoke smell later in the night coming from the vents from an adjacent smoking room. We have relayed our complains to the manager but I don't think we would stay here again.」
