「Fine to stay for a few nights but they don’t have the “do not disturb” signs to put on your door so it is irritating to have the housekeeping staff knock on your door and wake you up or to have the reception call your room and wake you up to see if you want your room cleaned. Upon arrival we were given your key and that’s all, no warm welcome or information at all. We drank the water in the room which is complimentary at every other hotel but ended up having to pay 20k when leaving as they...

However, it was not a bilingual property as advertised and that was frustrating at times.I found the kitchen poorly equipped and had to supply some of my own utensils. There was no microwave as advertised and the washing machine had Chinese only instructions.Attention to these small details could make a big difference to someone's stay.」
