"Everything was great. The one issue was the sensors in the mini bar which ended up charging me for drinks that i never used even though i brought it to the attention of the front desk twice. Really stupid setup, and very untrustworthy way to scam guests."

"What I liked most about The National was the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff was very helpful, professional, and accommodating. The outdoor pools were luxurious and well maintained. The beach was nice, although it was fairly typical for the Miami area. Overall, Miami is a beautiful destination, and I enjoyed my experience at the hotel."

"so if you get the suite the size is amazing, living room, dining area and large bedroom, i stayed in two of the same style units, one was newer but both were spacious and nice. the location is great for that area and stuff is sweet, but can make executive decisions - eg i stayed in the hotel for 5 nights 3 then cam back for 2, the 2nd time i asked to move rooms bc i booked a regular instead of suite, which i paid for online - so i asked them to clean my room last and the new room first so i wouldn't be stranded - front desk couldn't wrap her head around it - so for 2 hour si had to wait around - other than that good stay"
