"The breakfast menu is limited; the only hot thing is the waffles. I was expecting some eggs for this price. Stayed for two nights - they cleaned the bathroom but did not make the bed. Was told that I had to request the service, which is not mentioned anywhere."

"Looks like remodeling, going on. no alarm clocks n room WOODEN HOLLOW inexpensive doors on rooms, and bathroom . The beds were ok, curtains ok, floors n room ok. But the bathroom shower needs more updateD work done. No sink stopper SO RATED the room a 8 0ut of 10 ."

"Stayed here for just a short time so didn't need to use laundry facilities, etc. Pros: In better condition than other places we have stayed in a similar price range. Nothing was worn or old (although a few handles were loose). The towels were impressively large and fluffy, and staff gave us an extra one, which was very nice. The fridge was sparkling clean and we were given a freshly cleaned shower curtain without asking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cons: beds are very squishy, so if you need a firm mattress, this might be a problem. TV has limited number of channels and our room smelled like cigarettes, as most rooms in long-term places seem to do."

"The staff working when I checked in were great, friendly and very welcoming. The staff the next morning kept talking loudly to each other in the breakfast area. When I told the staff that they were out of coffee, they sent me into the kitchen to tell the personal that they were out. The front desk appeared that they could not be bothered. The breakfast food left a lot to be desired. Eggs were cold (not room temp) but cold. The muffins seem to have just be thawed and the centers were very cold and very stale. The waffle station was great and saved the day for breakfast. Location of the hotel to the Hanes Mall area was great and getting in and out of the hotel was easy. If you need handicapped parking, the location has 4 spots in the back of the building. Was surprised that there were not any in the front of the building. Rooms were clean with all in room amenities adqeuately stocked. No issues at all with the room."
