「Clean and quiet」

「The ice maker on our floor did not work at all during our stay. There was a problem with our reservation. So on the morning before my flight, I called the number that they provide and spoke to customer service and I was assured that they had all the information needed and that my reservation was all set. But-Our reservation was canceled on us while we were in the air. Upon landing, we received a message that said since I had not called to confirm my information, they gave my room to someone...

「Visited Nashville for a Morgan Wallen concert and had no idea where to stay. I am so glad I selected this hotel. It is exceptionally clean! The room was very nice has the most comfy bed I have ever slept in. Everyone at check in was super nice, especially Louise and Gabriella. The hotel also has such a nice fragrance throughout the property. 」

「The property is in need of a lot of repairs. It’s pretty run down with holes in the hallway walls and many broken fixtures at the entry way. The room is clean, plugs are all very loose. Chargers don’t stay plugged in. 」
