Great shower, comfortable bed and nice breakfast. It's a covenient location to travel. Staff are friendly and speak good english

Good value for money

The Hotel was Okey , the bathroom was a bit smelly. Other than that for the low Price it was a fine place to sleep. The staff is freindly and helping. If I have to go to Rotterdam again , this could be the hotel that I’am booking again.

If it wasnt for the regular bus and tran services thus hotel would be noehere near places of interest, be very careful 8f you book and oay though a service agent like expedia, alyhough i paid in full for my stay when booking the hotel debited my card again for my stay, i only noticed because i checked my bank balance, was not happy. But luckily i hadnt fhecked out and was able to demand a refund. Liked Zoetermeer wouldnt stay at the Bastion again though.

Parkeren is heel makkelijk op het eigen afgesloten terrein. Personeel is zeker vriendelijk. De bar is voldoende gesorteerd. Voor een zakelijk bezoek een prima hotel.

Es hat uns alles gut gefallen, für den Preis ist es preiswert und super. Für uns war es nicht zu laut, Sauberkeit top, alles lief reibungslos bei check in/out. Die Lage ist nunmal außerhalb Den Haag/Rotterdam etc. Mit dem Auto ist alles aber schnell erreichbar.

Trevlig personal, rummet hade vissa fel i toaletten, sitt ringen satt löst och handfatet var igensatt. Detta påpekades till personalen dagen efter, och de hade löst problemet till fullo. Sängen var mycket komfortabel, och området är tyst. Laddstationer fanns, 11kW, dock är det en extern laddoperatör, lite krångligt, men det gick. Lite dyrt för att vara en långsamladdare, €0,47 / kW.

Hôtel très sympas. Notre chambre était calme, aucun bruit de transport. En revanche on a entendu le bruit de la douche des voisins du dessus. Literie très confortable. L'eau est bien chaude. Le petit frigo est un vrai plus. La salle de bain etait très propre, quasiment pas de calcaire.

Ik kreeg bij inchecken een grotere kamer op de 3de verdieping. Later bleek dat de verwarming TOTAAL NIET werkte. Pas op zondagmorgen rond 8 uur werd het warm. Reactie Receptie: Oh dan is de thermostaat zeker stuk! Aanbod TV: Engelstalig 1 kanaal Skynews. Vele Duitse kanalen! Waarom niet BE: VRT EEN en CANVAS. Ontbijt VEEL te duur.

Hotel facilmente raggiungibile, con ampio parcheggio interno (compreso nel prezzo). Personalmente mi aspettavo più confort per il prezzo pagato: ILLUMINAZIONE: tenendo le luci accese si riesce a leggere, ma non a ricamare... Tra l'altro non è molto "riposante", ma la sola luce dell'abatjour è talmente piccola che non consente certo di leggere. TEMPERATURA: dopo un po' che è acceso si riscalda, ma appena si arriva era freschetto e anche solo cambiarsi era una sofferenza, per lo meno per me che sono freddolosa. Dal momento che il riscaldamento è solo in stanza, il bagno resta fresco e fare la doccia...altra sofferenza. Come già detto da qualcuno, il lavandino è così piccolo che è difficile non bagnare fuori lavandosi i denti o la faccia. TV e Wifi ben funzionanti.. Non tornerei, perchè a quel punto o andrei in un hotel più economico (scomodità+risparmio) o in uno più costoso più confortevole. Personale gentile: mi hanno offerto un bollitore in prestito per il soggiorno e quando non capivo come far funzionare il riscaldamento, con pazienza e il sorriso sono venuti a farmi vedere
