"The room was clean and the beds very comfortable! When I checked in, the front office staff was very courteous and efficient. Loved the fact that 2 bottles of water and 2 cans of soda were in the room as a complimentary gift! Bathroom was very clean and had the “sanitized” paper label across the toilet. Will definitely stay here again!"

Rooms are always clean and inviting. Price is right."

"Kimmy, our host provided great information prior to check in. Loved that there was a beach wagon and umbrella available on site to take to the beach. The location is close to both Pismo and Avila. Our visit included “older” guests- wish there was a bedroom on the ground floor- but that was my bad for not looking more closely. The place is great. Pots/towels/basics were available and excellent."
