"Great location in downtown salt lake. Second time staying here. For whatever reason, I feel like their bathtubs don’t empty quickly enough so you find yourself standing in a puddle of water quickly after starting your shower. Nevertheless, the hotel is great, great staff, great location and very clean otherwise"

"Overall the stay was good. However the homeless people are all around the property. When we went to the lockbox to get the check-in materials a couple of them made some comments to my daughter, other than that we weren't really bothered by them. But we had my two grandchildren with us so it was a bit uncomfortable. The ambulance and police were at the property twice during our stay to deal with situations with them. I realize homeless are all over these days, just think if someone is looking at staying at this property they should know what to expect."
