"Excellent Central location. Very friendly reception staff on arrival. Large (for city centre), smart modern room with small kitchen area and dining table. Modern bathroom with good shower. Our son really liked the loft style bed. Able to connect phone to TV in room which was very useful. Able to control temperature in room so had a good night's sleep. Nice bar downstairs with evening entertainment. Good breakfast with full cooked and continental option."

"Amazing from start to finish. Loved that the rooms were serviced twice daily… totally amazed at the room being prepared for bedtime. Water bottles restocked and placed at bedside with glasses, blinds closed, cushions etc removed off bed. Breakfast was splendid. Option of smoothie as well as fruit juice was delightful. The yoghurt with lemon curd was to die for. Such a selection of cold meats, fry, fruit, fresh baked breads. Loved every minute."
