“The place is nice, the building is new, and it was clean. It was difficult getting checked in, but that was partially hotels.com doing. I called the number provided and was left on hold for almost 15 minutes. After that the customer service was rather responsive, but it was a nice stay overall,”

“The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too.
The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which……
