“There were stains on the sheets and pillow cases when we got into our room. One of the top bunk beds was very stained and looked like it had just been flipped over, so whoever sleeping on the bottom could just see a huge stain. A roach also actually crawled out of the microwave (can’t make this up). It also doesn’t mention on the website that if you are under 21 they will make you pay 100 dollar deposit in case you don’t leave the room in good shape, which is kind of crazy given the fact it was……

“The only complaint I have is the staff. We waited for almost 30 minutes for someone to call a bellman and no one seemed bothered. ”

“Everything about our stay was fantastic, except for housekeeping never coming to our room. Outside of that, our 6 day stay was phenomenal end to end. The room was spacious and clean. The amenities were beautiful and we enjoyed our nights tremendously. Breakfast was nothing special, but had something good to fuel our adventure each morning. Overall 9.5/10, amazing value for your money. Highly recommend staying here!”

“The staff was very professional, and nice. However the rooms need more attention, there was stains everywhere on the carpet, furniture also had stains. The bathroom caulking had mold, and the bathroom curtains had holes, as well. And the fridge you could tell it’s not well-maintained and old. ”

We payed a little more for a bay view room = beautiful The nearby old downtown area is great and getting better all the time We will definitely be back”
