“We really appreciated a nice, comfortable place to stay that made it possible to travel with multiple wolfhounds. The house is spacious & felt like a place you could actually live. The floors aren’t slick (a definite plus for our older hound). There are great areas to walk dogs. And the view from the back of the house is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Plenty of room for a large group. Nice to find out there's 3 bathrooms instead of 2. Host is so accommodating and very quick to respond to messages. Main floor bed is the most comfortable, the others beds are so so?? There are no tvs, which at first was unusual, BUT it turns out, what a wonderful time for family bonding and playing games and actually talking to one another, lol!!”

“We were looking for a quiet place to spend a few days while in the area. Boy did we pick the right place. Off the beaten path in rural Kentucky. The place was very well kept and spotless. That is saying a lot for any place but especially on a farm. The owners were awesome answered all our questions right away that we had prior to our arrival. The check in and out could not be simpler. They recommended a local restaurant the lighthouse and it didn’t disappoint the fried catfish was amazing. My……

It feels like home. The feeling of bliss and peace is almost instantaneous when walking in. The great pyrenees next to home are beautiful and very sweet dogs. 10/10 always and I would recommend to anyone seeking country style living vacations or get aways.”

“Excellent location for amazing hiking and kayaking. Plenty of amenities to make the stay easy and comfortable. The cabin was nicely cooled and clean upon arrival. I appreciated having access to simple cleaning supplies to pick up after myself for my longer stay, I've stayed where many owners overlook this. Minimal traffic made sitting outside on the porch swings in the evenings very enjoyable. Walking up the small hill on the property also gave me a great view for sunsets.”
