"My family had an amazing time Universal Cabana bay. They definitely made our trip fun and convenient. I'm looking forward to coming back. "

"Check in was painful low staff levels and were not attentive as hotel staff should be. The room was disgusting (room 2219) we were asked to make up our own sofa bed and they only provided sheets. Never been to a hilton that did this. Found the existing sheet had hair inside it. Due to our late flight we had to move rooms extremely late with our sleeping children in hand. Not once was there an offer to help us move. Breakfast was not nice at all self serve buffet with powdered scrambled eggs (didnt realise this was still happening). Really disappointed with this stay as I trying to contact the hotel via their site and even called to arrange a sweet treat for my wifes birthday. This also never arrived. This Hilton really let me down the only positive was the location being next door to the Galleria shopping mall. Thats where it ended. We will not be returning here again. "

"The resort is in a fantastic location for anyone traveling with friends or family. Staff was super helpful. Only critique I have is the hotel cleanliness could of been a little better. Some of the hallway didnt smell very good and the room was cleaned very well upon arrival. Other than that a great resort."

"Wonderful hotel"

"We checked in on a Sunday. There were hundreds of people lounging about the lobby and pool. It was a mix of people waiting to get rooms (those that just came off a cruise ship like us) and those waiting to go into cruise ships. Otherwise, it was clean, nice, in a great location along Ft Lauderdale Beach."

"Clean room but basic. Wonderful, easy beach access with close bathrooms and bars. Pool area had many options to eat and get drinks at. The hotel had everything we needed including laundry area. Only one pool was heated and was crowded at times."

"The rooms are like a condominium, spacious, very well stocked with full kitchen dishes, pots, pans for cooking. Microwave, washer&dryer, dishwasher etc. The property is very clean. Multiple pools. Activity Calendar. Gated, must have gate key for entry. Would highly recommend this property. "
