「Was based in Miami on vacation but had planned a trip to the keys so chose Kingsale Resort for our overnight stay. Check in was a smooth and the lady behind the desk (apologies cannot remember her name) was super sweet and helpful and instructions were clear and easy to understand. Had great parking outside our room. Nice large room with two large beds and the cutest throws on them. Nice equipped kitchenette, large bathroom with wardorbe/frame and awesome large shower. 「Access to the room was very tedious. Access to the premises was very tedious; the check-out system requires too much information and, ultimately, does not function properly, causing delays in gaining entry. Customer service is poor. The room itself is beautiful and clean, but very small and uncomfortable.」

「This reservation was god-send. It was pouring we need a room that took dogs and the location and price were perfect. While the room seemed clean, the bathroom and really everything, was so old. The cover to the toilette had a big break in it right near the flusher, so that was very dangerous. The tub was yellow and the towels torn. We were anxious to leave early and I didn't clear everything out. So someone inherited my kindle and a fridge with some food. Hope they enjoyed.」
