Grear stay at a nice property. Unlike most rentals, the host provided basic food staples, condiments and coffee filters. It waa a nice touch!

My family loved their stay here. Plenty of space for 5 people, clean, and well stocked. The decor is beautifully done with teals and greens. Very comfortable place to stay.

4th of July Weekend

This property is located close to Spanish Springs Town Square and Fourth of July Festivities. Quiet neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen. Large closet in master bedroom. Peaceful and cute decor. Enjoyed our family stay!

Overall really nice

After initial issues receiving our entry code( thank you VRBO reps for your help) things went smoothly. The property was very nice. Well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. Only con being it’s a bit far from the town squares. But is near a couple of the community pools.

This is a fantastic house! Nicely decorated. Comfortable furniture. Well-equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Made for a great week to rest and recharge. I am familiar with the amenities of The Villages but chose not to take advantage of any of them during this stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location, lots of golf courses near by (for the husband). So glad it had good cable (so many don't). Nice to have golf cart for golfing and just investigating. Love the pet friendly too. Will defiantly want to stay again next year.

A quiet getaway

Our goal was to find an affordable, clean and quiet home with a hot tub for a getaway. We got all that and the use of a golf cart! We are not golfers, so the idea of speeding down the road amongst hundreds of other golf carts still makes us chuckle. As for the house - everything was clean, tidy, and functional. It would be a great place to to bring your kids (if you must) or for a friends getaway.

Not as great as I expected

Based on the pictures and description I was expecting a house with nicer furnishings but all furnishing were old and living room furniture was not very comfortable. I suggest updating the furniture and cleaning the bedroom carpet.

Beware

House wasn’t too bad had a very foul odor to it. It was lacking several essentials like toilet paper towels, and the hot tub was absolutely filthy and green. And also, the landlord kept coming over with a maintenance man at the least opportune times And pretty much demanded to get in without any prior notification

Not Up To VRBO Past Experiences

We have always stayed at VRBO Homes in the past. Must say this was no way near normal homes. On day 3 of our stay the TV and Internet went out. Although we contacted the host it never was restored. There was a hot tub as advertised, but no instructions on how to use it. No maps anywhere to tell you where closest pool and rec center was or how to travel around the villages. The real downer came our next to last day there when we received an e-mail from the cleaning lady asking us to try and have all our laundry done before we left. Never asked to do laundry before. Strip beds, Yes!! Laundry -No, Would not stay here again, unless desperate and had a pet,
