Yes She was welcoming. The coffee pot would say it needed descaled. The Coffee wasnt good. We didnt get the code to get in after after about 15 mins after we arrived. Our communication with the host was off. The recliner was difficult in closing because it was stuck. Other than that it was a comfortable stay.

We did not use the hot tub because we didn’t have time, but it seemed clean and comfortable. Nor did we visit any pool facilities though there seemed to be plenty. The location was quiet and convenient, and the home well equipped and comfortable for our stay with pets.

I set my sister in-law and her husband up in this beautiful home since it was right down the road from us. The accommodations were great! Easy access plus the owner let us in earlier so we could stock the refrigerator & put some snacks out for them. The place was clean, cool & well maintained. Golf cart was available to them but they didn’t use it since we were walking distance to them. I will continue to use this rental for all of my out of town guests.

Not Up To VRBO Past Experiences

We have always stayed at VRBO Homes in the past. Must say this was no way near normal homes. On day 3 of our stay the TV and Internet went out. Although we contacted the host it never was restored. There was a hot tub as advertised, but no instructions on how to use it. No maps anywhere to tell you where closest pool and rec center was or how to travel around the villages. The real downer came our next to last day there when we received an e-mail from the cleaning lady asking us to try and have all our laundry done before we left. Never asked to do laundry before. Strip beds, Yes!! Laundry -No, Would not stay here again, unless desperate and had a pet,

House wasn’t too bad had a very foul odor to it. It was lacking several essentials like toilet paper towels, and the hot tub was absolutely filthy and green. And also, the landlord kept coming over with a maintenance man at the least opportune times And pretty much demanded to get in without any prior notification

Wonderfully comfortable place

This is a fantastic house! Nicely decorated. Comfortable furniture. Well-equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Made for a great week to rest and recharge. I am familiar with the amenities of The Villages but chose not to take advantage of any of them during this stay. Would definitely stay here again.

4th of July Weekend

Based on the pictures and description I was expecting a house with nicer furnishings but all furnishing were old and living room furniture was not very comfortable. I suggest updating the furniture and cleaning the bedroom carpet.

After initial issues receiving our entry code( thank you VRBO reps for your help) things went smoothly. The property was very nice. Well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. Only con being it’s a bit far from the town squares. But is near a couple of the community pools.
