Beautiful two bedroom two bath home located in the highly desired Creekside Landing. Large living and dining area combined, kitchen with eat-in area. Tile flooring, screened in lanai on the back. Home has a two car garage. Sumpter Landing is a 5 minute walk. Free golf on executive courses, live music nightly, over 100 pools free to use, Pickleball, Tennis, RC Boats, 100's of clubs and events to keep you busy or just relax in the screened in Lanai. This home has everything you need to enjoy your visit! King bed in the master, large walk in closet. Guest room has a tub shower combination. Inside laundry.
