“Very nice property. The rooms are a bit small and lack AC, but this is compensated by the exceptionally friendly staff, the nice common areas, easy parking and nice breakfast buffet! Would happily stay again!”

Toalhas de banho novas e de qualidade. Ao fazer essa reserva, cometi um erro e o hotel foi muito prestativo em ajudar e corrigir o erro sem custo adicional. Agradeço muito a prestatividade da equipe. ”

“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

“Pamela is kind and welcoming! Bashir, the head housekeeper keeps modern room clean and stocked with amenities. It’s a small detail, but having a napkin for coffee service is outstanding! Perfect location, walked to all Churches and historic monuments. Rouen is fantastic and I highly recommend ”

“Comfortable bed and good shower which was what is needed as a stop over on a long drive south. Room 42 was around the back and quiet. Location was very convenient for the motorway although not much else around. The hotel did have a restaurant which only served pizzas (very tasty) although we did notice a pzza delivering to one of the other rooms on our way back to the room. Nice touch having tea/coffee facilites in the room. Free secure parking.”
