The room was large and comfortable. The hosts were available, helpful and very personable. The food at the adjacent family restaurant was one of the best I have eaten and the price was more than reasonable.

Typically french chambre d’hote. Very friendly. Clean, bathroom across corridor. No kettle in room as expected and listed. Breakfast adequate but limited in choice. Family restaurant. excellent experience. (€45).

Maison d’hôte vraiment ancienne, de l’extérieur ok, mais intérieur rien de moderne. L’évier de douche bouché, wifi qui marche une fois sur deux, les lits ne sont presque jamais refais, le petit déjeuner n’en parlons pas: on ma donné un chocolat chaud avec une poudre de chocolat Nesquick expiré depuis 2023, et j’ai commencé à avoir des doutes sur la péremption du lait aussi..

3 nuits horribles

Maison de style longère d'une autre époque, meublée de façon ancienne et désuette, propreté plus que douteuse, au petit déjeuner du Nesquik périmé depuis Avril 2023 (nous sommes le 12 Décembre 2024), les propriétaires regardent la télé avec le volume sonore très fort jusqu'à 23h30 sans tenir compte qu'il y a une chambre juste au dessous bref 3 nuits horribles. Je suis un habitué des hôtes du styles Mercure ou Novotel mais ces 3 nuits là c'était horribles. Chambres pas dignes à recevoir du monde !

Formidable adresse !

Notre séjour fut très agréable. Très joli cadre, bâtisse pleine de charme et remplie d'histoire, chambre propre et parfaite pour une nuit pour 2 adultes et 1 adolescent. Les propriétaires sont des gens absolument charmants, accueillants et disponibles. Le restaurant attenant à l'hôtel est une adresse à ne pas manquer si vous avez la chance de passer sur Thénac. Nous y reviendrons sans aucune hésitation !
