The hotel is perfectly located for spending time by the sea, the check in was perfect and the staff all extremely helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and everything worked very well, will definitely stay again and would recommend to others

I had a really excellent stay at Avra Hotel. Fantastic staff who was really quick to to have everything in order. They made 100% sure everything is convenient, clean, wonderful. Mr. Theodor ist an amazing receptionist, the best tour guide who gave me the best tips to discover Peraia and Thessaloniki. I will never forget him and his charismatic, honest style. He speaks fluent German, English and probably other languages as well. He makes amazing Frappe, I got several coffees on the house. If you're looking for great prices and amazing services - this is it. You also have bus stations close by so you can always visit Thessaloniki in an hour. Thank you, dear staff of Avra Hotel. First time in my life I felt "at home" by a hotel. 10/10, I will be back next time I visit Greece.

Lovely small hotel. The premium double room was lovely, we had a seaview and nice balcony. Location is perfect for the beach, Thessaloniki city, airport or amazing tavernas nearby. The rooms were spotlessly clean with snow white soft towels changed daily. All of the staff is kind and helpful and nothing was a problem. The only downside was that the walls are thin and if other guests are not mindful about it you might experience little noise. Other than this all was great and I would definitely stay here again.

Constraction site instead of the hotel

We arrived to the hotel after midnight, the rooms we got were the only rooms on the floor that the renovation was not in progress. We checked a month before the arrival at the reception if they served breakfast. In the morning we were told since the hotel is being renovated there is no breakfast served at all. There should be rules that compensate situations like this: providing another hotel for instance. Really upsetting situation that no one whats to take responsibility.

Wir haben ein kleines Zimmer bekommen aber es war renoviert, mit top Bett und neuem Badezimmer, ebenerdiger Regendusche und alles sehr sauber, dazu muss man erwähnen das es sehr hellhörig im Hotel sein kann wenn sich einige nicht benehmen können, von draußen bekommt man aufgrund der neuen Fenster nichts mit! Das Hotel liegt direkt am Wasser, Fussläufig bekommt man alles was man benötigt, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder tolles Frühstück am Meer. Dazu möchten wir erwähnen das Theo in der Rezeption sich super gekümmert hat und das auf perfekten Deutsch, Danke im Nachhinein !

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und liegt nah am Strand. Die Zimmer waren frisch renoviert und die Einrichtung neuwertig. Insbesondere unser Badezimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und relativ groß. Die Isolierung nach draußen ist hervorragend. Wir haben weder den Fluglärm des nahen Flughafens noch die laute Musik aus den umliegenden Tavernen gehört. Problem war leider die Schallisolierung innerhalb des Hotels. Bei lauten Mitgästen konnte es schon passieren, dass wir nachts um 2 Uhr aus dem Schlaf geweckt wurden.

Für einen Kurzurlaub absolut empfehlenswert! Die kurzen Wege zum Strand, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum Wasserbus nach Thessaloniki waren klasse. Das Frühstück im Hotel wäre ausbaufähig, da hätte mir schon etwas mehr Auswahl gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer wurden tgl. sauber gemacht und Handtücher sofort gewechselt, wenn Bedarf.

"Preisgünstiges Hotel in perfekter Lage" Der Check-In wie auch alles andere verlief wunderbar, alle Mitarbeiter, mit denen wir Kontakt hatten, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbreit - Klasse. Wir hatten ein 3-Bett-Zimmer, das bot uns beiden ausreichend Platz. Wären wir zu dritt gewesen, wäre es eng geworden. Das war auch mit das einzige wirkliche Manko. Die Lage ist perfekt, der Strand, die Lokalitäten (Bars, Shops, Speiselokale) sind in wenigen Schritten erreicht. Der Flughafen ist mit dem PKW in wenigen Minuten erreicht - doch Fluglärm ist nicht vorhanden, die Lande-Startbahn verläuft in anderer Richtung. Wir kommen wieder.

Perea bir liman bense bir gemi ☺️

Kahvaltı çok zayıf oda temizliği geç yapıldı bölge olarak çok güzel konumda fakat denizi çok yosunluydu. Selanik'e 35 dakikada gidiliyor. Sadece kalamar, balık ve patates kızartması yedik. Yemek kültürü 0 helal yemek arayanlar bizim gibi zorlanır.

Otel odası dört kişi için küçüktü.Yan odalardaki tüm konuşmalar duyuluyordu.Oda temizdi.Su ısıtıcı yoktu.Konum merkeze uaktı ama sahilin hemen 50m yanında idi.Otopark yoktu.Fiyat performans olarak memnun kaldım.

Çocuk dostu olmayan otel

Otelin konumu denize çok yakın . 2 yildizli bir otelden beklenecek konforun üzerinde. Kahvaltisi çok çesitli degil o yuzden hemen otelden cikinca etrafindaki cok sayidaki restoran ve firin opsiyonundan kahvalti yapmak daha mantikli. Ilanlarda belirtildigi gibi otelin bir araç park yeri bulunmuyor arabanizi sokaga parkediyorsunuz. Odalarin ses izolasyonu ise çok çok zayif kucuk cocuklarimizin oyun seslerinden dolayi uyarildik, cocuk sesine tahammul edemiyorsaniz neden aile odasi secenegi sunuyorsunuz?
