“Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in). A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming. Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking……

“the property looked clean and the bed was comfortable. however the lack of internet connection through the wi-fi was a great inconvenience. there was no national tv service except using one's won netflex log-in. I guess this is because there is no tv licence covering the premises. there was a good 30 min walk to the town centre, no 10 min as stated. overall the property was comfortable but inconvenient in the above mentioned. ”

“The property is great - very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Communication with AirNorfolk was quick and easy as well, and the check-in couldn't have been easier.The location is the possible sticking point. “Very modern. Clean nice decor. Loved having a washing machine especially after 4 weeks of travel. Just a few practical issues. Both taps in the kitchen ran hot.
