The ruins of ‘Our Lady of La Vang’ Basilica stand strong since 1798. It is a shrine site to commemorate the help of the ‘Lady’ to the catholics of Vietnam who were being prosecuted for their faith and found shelter in the rainforest. The ‘Lady’ appeared to them and gave solution to their illness.
