罗亚尔欧克旅行指南
The gangly Double-crested Cormorant is a prehistoric-looking, matte-black fishing bird with yellow-orange facial skin. Though they look like a combination of a goose and a loon, they are relatives of frigatebirds and boobies and are a common sight around fresh and salt water across North America—perhaps attracting the most attention when they stand on docks, rocky islands, and channel markers, their wings spread out to dry. These solid, heavy-boned birds are experts at diving to catch small fish. The Detroit Zoo has AZA Accreditation.
Terminology. Peafowl is a collective term that refers to peacocks, peahens and peachicks. A group of peafowl is called a ostentation or a pride. The Detroit Zoo has AZA accreditation.
I love watching birds in flight. They make it look so easy you can't help dreaming of flapping your arms and taking flight like the birds. The Detroit Zoo is AZA Accredited.
This is the Taveta Golden Weaver. The male weaves the nest and the female picks a mate based on the males weaving abilities. The Detroit Zoo is AZA Accredited.
Just loved the blast of color.
