服務質素極差
浴缸花灑頭岀水太少， 不足以淋浴。廁所出口有滲水情況嚴重。職員有發現狀況，但沒有即時按排換房服務。反而留言給我避免使用企缸。叫客人接受滲漏情況直至離開酒店。完全沒有考慮到客人需要及服務質素極差劣。需要經過投訴後才按排最後一晚才更換房間。

The room was clean- unfortunately the first night we were put on 2 single beds made up as a double but no solid base so it was uncomfortable, but as soon as we raised it with Alex on reception it was sorted and we ended up in a newly refurbished room- which are really lovely!
