"The room was as good as was expected. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff without any wait to check in. Parking across the street was quite accessible via the walkway. The city view from the 26th floor was amazing. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. And special thanks to Expedia who helped us secure this booking when we were stranded by a power outage/storm and were unable to check into our hotel we originally booked. Hotels for miles around were impacted and Expedia did all the work to get us rebooked while we drove to the new location."

"As this was not my first stay at this hotel, the room started to worn out (again). For this stay, it took me a while to figure out which AC outlet was working. As the small refrigerator and microwave were great to have, the latter took substantial amount of desk space. Still, I was lucky to be a single person to stay. As they maintain the facility whatever the budget they have available, I suggest another major renovation might be needed soon perhaps? Still, because the price of Chicago hotel has gone crazy, I am still appreciated that they keep the stay “budget friendly.” As the space is a bit tight, free breakfast every day and frequent shuttle service to and from MDW airport is truly convenient. Overall, I was happy with the stay although the facility shows some ages, the positive attitude from staffs made up for it. Thank you very much."
