"The directions lead you to a door which was no longer the entrace. There is a sign on the door instructing you to enter on an entirely different street. It was a little cold that evening. You have to pay for parking which I wasn't aware since it was not stated. The ftont desk rep. Stated the parking is not owned by Hyatt. The room was nice except for yhr bathroom sink was slow to drain and the room temperature kept changing. Only tjere gor one night so we didn't change rooms. The breakfast was typical but good. Staff was pleasant."

"Desk staff was helpful and friendly. Room was very dated, think 1975 since it was decorated. It was clean though and the bed was very comfortable. I do not understand why some hotels do not take the time to remove stains from furniture, touch up scratches and replace missing caulk on bathroom fixtures. Simple things that can really make a room better. Also, the breakfast sausage was as hard as rock and could have broken a tooth."

"Safe location and safe parking. Very friendly staff. Nice pool. Spatious quiet room with a very comfortable bed. Ample storage in bathroom and room. Great TV, microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator. Breakfast was very nice offerring standard fare plus eggs and biscuits and gravy.."
