Located approx. 6 miles to the park entrance gate.

Beautiful Peaceful Riverfront with river flowing through the rear yard (can be seasonal) & spectacular views from the large deck, windows and Master Suite Balcony. Game room w/ Pool Table, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Corn Hole, Pac Man, Many Board & Outside Games to help Make Your Memories Amazing. Very nice front and rear lawn to play games or for the children to play. Bicycle through the area or Take a really nice walk.
Very quiet and safe area. Easy to find. One of the few lots that you can see the river and yards from inside the house and there's not a huge drop to get to the river. Even if the river is dry the riverbed is full of Beautiful Black Rocks/Boulders.

This is a no host rental. A few days prior to your arrival date you will be sent your entry code. There is a local person if you are in need of personal service.

This house had over 200 "5" star reviews in the previous listing.

Experience the wildlife which can include Many Turkey's, Deer, Ducks, Quail, Many Beautiful Birds, squirrel's, mountain lions (I have neve seen one) maybe an Occasional Bear. The house/Three Rivers is located in a mountain are so there is bugs, insects, mosquitoes and spiders.

Reviews... if you see a review that makes you skeptical please ask. A poor review is generally a result of a guest getting called out on breaking the rules, such as booking for five then bringing MANY MORE or an unauthorized pet.

Quiet time is from 9pm to 9am.

At time we may have to change furnishings.

This home is in such a beautiful location! Right on a babbling creek! There is a huge grassy lawn in front with a long driveway and parking for many cars. The back has a strip of green grass right on the river, not fenced, and stretching along the river behind several homes. The highway was a bit noisy at times but doesn’t detract from the experience. I enjoyed the hammock after a rain at sunset watching the sun light up the mountains and a rainbow! There is a market and restaurants (all pretty pricey, but what isn’t days!)nearby. You could walk to them but they are along the highway so not sure that is a safe choice. I took a few walks around the quiet neighborhood. Lots of quail, turkeys a peacock, woodpeckers. The kitchen has everything you need. Nice big dining table. Some board games, and the garage is a game room with ping pong, billiards and airhockey. Oh and a pacman game! This is sure to keep kids and teens occupied! We brought our three young adult sons for a long overdue get together and had a great time! This home is just maybe 20 minutes from Visalia and an hourish away from the heart of Sequoia. You won’t be disappointed.

Comfortable overnight experience. 2nd fridge in garage was helpful to store wedding leftover foods. Well Priced!!! Great: all the back porch seating overlooking the babbling full river, easy access to Sequoia NP, well stocked kitchen.Just a wonderful experince. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay ! Loved everything about it very clean. And the owner response quite quick when you message her. I would stay here again if I get the chance she leaves out a basket of snacks which is very nice . The games in the garage are very nice keeps us entertained.

the location is as promised very nice stream in the backyard only negative was most of the businesses were closed when we went in Janurary but the weather was very nice one other set back was a few of the sections at the sequoia national park were closed but it was just that time of the year I guess if you want to relax a few days this house is just the ticket one last thing they need extra pool cues for the pool table they just had one it was kind of weird playing with just one stick other than that the house was good especially the heater very nice

My family stayed at this property for 4 nights. We all enjoyed having the river right in the back yard. We also enjoyed all of the games in the garage for when it was dark outside. The house was clean and the host leaves some bottles of water and snacks to enjoy. We would stay again.

Beautiful home by the river!

We absolutely loved this home! The deck/patio is right next to the river and the views are just breathtaking. The home itself if clean, spacious and very comfortable. We had two small kids (~5 years old) and they had so much fun playing in the game room and exploring near the river. We hope to come back again soon!
