Great cozy place

Really enjoyed staying at this place. Very comfortable plenty of room for my son and I both of us are over 6 feet tall lol. Very quiet with the river behind you, and the horse pasture across the lane. Highly recommend!

Tiny House Three Rivers

Clean, good property management, good location to Sequoia National Park. Plenty of space for two people, and could easily fit two more on pull out couch if needed.

Communication could be better

Place was clean and with main essentials. Location is good with close proximity to Sequoia NP. Communication could improve, host only contacted me through private e-mail and text (not the VRBO portal) which I was not even asked before hand. There is also a second party background check required which I am ok with just would of liked this to be shown in rental description and before booking.

Great location in Three Rivers! Nice river view, quiet, secluded. Centrally located to market, restaurants, etc. Close to the entrance of Sequoia/Kings Canyon NP. Clean, great communication with hosts, easy check in. Comfortable beds, WIFI, everything you need for a awesome get away. wildlife..saw lots of deer which was awesome. Highly recommend!

Cute tiny house near Sequoia National Park

This tiny house was perfect for my husband and I to stay at just outside Sequoia National Park. Being right on the creek was really peaceful. Glad they had the AC units/fan because it was over 100 degrees in the area the whole time we were there.

Wonderful tiny house, clean and nice amount of room. Near the river and horse pasture across the lane. Decent brewery in town and very close to Sequoia NP

I'll start with the positive. Beautiful spot and very close to shops and dining. About a 50 minute drive up to the main attractions in Squoia and 30 minutes from Visilia. Bed was very comfy and AC worked great! Now for the "could be better" part. The checkin process requires several additional steps through a seperate website from VRBO. Your license, a face scan, and an additonal credit card hold is required. I did not realize this was needed prior to receiving check in instructions and it was a bit frustrating while traveling with little service. Second, the house was not clean when we arrived. There was trash on the floor, dirty dishes, and laundry left in both washer and dryer. There was also mud in the shower. The house felt a bit "lived in". We messaged the company and someone came within about an hour and cleaned most of this very quickly. She was very nice. Later we noticed the microwave also had spilled food in it. We were not offered any sort of discount for the house not being properly prepared.
