「Comfy and spacious room even though it was on the 3rd floor, with no lift. Good exercise for one with mobility issues! Lovely views of the meadows from the room, easy to bird watch. Swan nesting nearby was an added attraction. An improvement could be made to the continental breakfast, not up to Premier Inn standards」

「The young receptionist/bar person (I didn’t get her name but she is slim with dark hair and a tattoo on her upper body) was extremely accommodating and so helpful. I had a lot of work to do in my room but needed to have a meal. I asked if I could eat my meal in my room, so ordered it and began to wait. She very kindly offered to deliver the meal to my room when it was ready. The meal was delivered 15 minutes later by this lovely young lady and with a smile. Great customer service, thank you so...
