Very convenient

This is an apartment with kitchen, microwave and washing machine. Has a rice cooker and a pot, plates and silverware. Very comfortable

很差！ 1.房間電話壞掉無法聯絡櫃枱，住了二夜也沒修好 2.熱水器必須自己設定溫度也沒告知，且溫度掉的很快 洗十分鐘可以從50度降到剩30度， 3.厠所兩邊拉門的中間破損一大條，一個大縫也不修補

シャワーの排水が弱く、洗面所が水浸しになる。 ロビーには物が乱雑に散らばっている。 チェックインの際、どのサイトでどんな部屋を予約したか聞かれた。 部屋のすみにホコリが溜まっていた。 Wi-Fiが無い。 立地が悪すぎる。

房間很寬敞,住的很舒適，還有厨具可簡單烹調，是個不錯的地方，唯一就是附近不算挺熱鬧的。 但若住幾天以上,是不錯選擇.

Decent, clean apart/hotel; Food options not great

The building and apartment were decent enough. The service was generally okay - I didn't ask for much so it's hard to tell if they would have been responsive to real needs. The room was very clean, reasonably well organized, spacious. The desk as good for working, the internet could be a little sporadic / spotty at times, the bed and linens were clean and comfortable. They had good closet space, ironing stuff, nice drying rack, the kitchen area was clean and reasonably well equipped (functional pots and pans, microwave, cutting knives, coffee pot, functional stove, and good small fridge. There was even enough space for working out right next the window (view / airflow). Big downside was no place to eat without at least a 10 minute walk and even then the options weren't great - KFC, MCD, a porridge shop, a mediocre chinese cafeteria style place, and a couple of other places that closed around 9-9:30pm so if you were working late you are out of luck. Also, because the road is partitioned off getting a cab in the morning could be a little slow sometimes, but generally fine.
