「Unfortunately, my review is too long to be contained within these confinements of 1500 characters so I’ll summarise.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend THB Flora. What should have been a lovely mini-moon / attending our friends’ wedding was dampened and inconvenienced by the abysmal service of THB Flora.
When we got to our apartment, it looked tired and unswept, and we soon learned that the shower did not drain and flooded the bathroom. We put up with this. Until, on our final night, but...

「It’s such a perfect stay that I can’t recommend this apartment more!! The room is big, clean and with everything equipped. The location is so great, close to beaches, all the restaurants and markets. And what impresses us most is the hospitality of the staff, especially Cely! She is the soooooo nice and enthusiastic, super communicative and warm-hearted!! Her smile just makes you feel happy all the day!!
I would definitely stay here again if I come back and I recommend it to anyone who visit...

「The hotel was fabulous and the staff were so welcoming and very helpful. The room was immaculate and had everything we could need. I was particularly impressed with the balcony size and furnishings - it was just perfect for sitting out watching the sunrise with a coffee. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great selection of both hot and cold. Would recommend you hire bikes and go along the promenade so many places to eat, drink and look around - the reception staff were great at...
