Cosy stay @ Mercedes apartments

We loved the views from the balcony. Also nice is that you can sit there all the time as in the sun as in the shadow. The water: it took ages to get some warm water.

a beautiful, spacious apartment

We loved the beauty of the apartment, its speciousness and its location near the Marina and also the small supermarket at less than 100 meters We understand the business formula without a service desk for a property with only four apartments, but we would have liked to meet somebody in the the first days of our stay to discuss some simple issues on living in a new environment (not easily to find on the internet)

Location and view were excellent the negative was the shower drain in bathroom can't cope with the volume of water from the shower causing the bathroom to flood.
