Very good overall experience

An apartment/ villa in a wonderful location ideal for the beach lovers . This villa has the added advantage of secure off street parking and with distances of 80m to the beach & less than 200 mtrs from a bar / restaurant. With many local good quality restaurant & bars within ten minute walk . With 3 bedrooms it’s an ideal family sized villa/appartment with a chic/ boutique feel & interior. Would definitely revisit.

Superb Villa in excellent location

Overlooking plays chica this is a superb three bedroomed private villa with lots of balcony/terrace space both by the jacuzzi overlooking the lovely gardens of the Fariones hotel taking in the morning sun or out the front that takes in the afternoon and evening sun overlooking playa chica itself. All the rooms are double sized one with two single beds and plenty of space overall including the well fitted out kitchen area. A five minute walk to the main strip and for us, as returning guests it's the place to be, especially with the three bedrooms. Most importantly the team at Buenevilla are very good, responsive with any queries and on hand to deal with anything that may arise with regular communication throughout our stay.

We had a great holiday once again but unfortunately the work being carried out in the Fariones Spa was terrible,dust everywhere and a lot of noise.Because the weather was lovely we were able to go to the beach every day.We fully understand that the team in BuenaVilla did what they could and that it was totally out of their control.

Wonderful magical villa!

Highly recommended. So near the sea. The villa had everything and more. I really enjoyed having jacuzzi watching birds in the palm trees. Felt like a very exclusive location. Then going straight to the sea for a swim with no need to change just beach dress because the sea is 1 minute walk. The beautiful playa chica beach with so many fish great for snorkelling. Then the veiw at the front looking over the sea and mountains. The beds are so comfy. Air con in every room. The villa itself has everything you would need for a long self catering holiday. Lovely hot showers. Beautiful comfy seats. Sparkly clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Big tv with Netflix etc. will definitely be returning again!!!!

beautiful villa in a fantastic location

My husband i spent a week in this beautiful villa. Ideal for a couple of for a family. perfect location just 100 mtrs to playa chica beach and a 5 min walk to the strip. Lots of supermarkets and shops within a 5 min walk. Having the car parking space was a gift as parking around here is tight. Had an issue with the height of the ramp to get into the parking space and was scraping the bumper on same. Spoke to the rep when he came to take out passport details, who said he would sort the issue. To his credit later that day he returned with rolled up carpet to put down where the car was low to raise it up. Problem solved. very appreciative of this. Only fault we had with the villa was that the interior and exterior lighting is very severe. No dimmer adjustment for any of the light. When all this lighting is on it is very very bright and could be toned down slightly. I would happily recommend this villa , location, staff and facilities are perfect.

Exzellent location

BuenaVilla really cared a lot of all the questions we had. The location is one of the best you can have at Puerta del Carmen. The way to the beach is only 3 minutes, all the shops and supermarkets are close to the villa. The villa is very big, clean and comfortable with two terraces with sea view. A great place for a relaxing holiday.

Fantastic villa in a brilliant location, especially if you are scuba divers! The company are quick to respond to questions and requests and take prompt action to resolve any issues. Playa Chica is a beautiful modern and stylish villa in a great yet relatively quiet location being close to good local bars and restaurants yet also only a minutes walk from an excellent secluded beach. It features 2 fairly large and one medium sized, bedrooms, the main room having en-suite bathroom and shutters (with patio doors) which open out onto the rear terrace where the hot tub is located. Fitted with modern, good quality appliances and furnished to a modern high standard. A good alarm system and well hidden safe add to the security of the occupants. In addition the heating/aircon is spot on with the ability to set all rooms independently, a great feature given the extremes of temperature Lanzarote is known for. One wow feature is the large skylight window in the second bedroom and upon first arrival in the early evening the discrete internal and external lighting gives a really stylish yet understated look. Owing to their being a terrace at the front and rear/side the best of the sun can be enjoyed from morning to late evening, it was great to be able to relax on the front terrace with a cocktail and enjoy the evening sun before heading out. Communication with BuenaVilla cannot be faulted, we did experience a minor issue with the internet (Wi-Fi running at excellent speed but no internet.) Although this was an external issue and in no way the fault of the owners, David attended within 30 minutes to try to rectify the problem. Otherwise there are plenty of options for entertainment on the large flat screen TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, IPTV etc. Great to keep the kids entertained if it is a family stay. Given that the cost for 2 couples in mid March was highly competitive and comparable to the price of 2 small apartments, Playa Chica gets a 5 out of 5 for value. Would we stay again ? Having visited Lanzarote numerous times over the last 25 years or so, you bet we would in fact we are already looking at future availability.
