The secret passage - Elegantly decorated, quiet apartment

"El Pasadizo" is located in the best kept secret alley of Puerto del Carmen. In this quiet residential area (no complex) only the breeze of the palm trees is noticeable. This new, stylish, renovated apartment with unique furnishings is located between Playa Grande and Playa Chica, it is in both directions 10 minutes walk from the boulevard with its restaurants and shops and the bustling old town of Puerto del Carmen.

This newly renovated one-bedroom apartment offers self-catering accommodation with panoramic views of the sea and mountains. There is a terrace, a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, a dining area, a kitchen and a private bathroom. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and washing machine. A flat-screen TV with cable channels and free Wi-Fi is also available.

The apartment is located one street away from the attractive shopping center Biosphera and literally has 4 supermarkets within 200 meters of the door. There are several restaurants and bars near the apartment, but the apartment itself is located in a very quiet passage where only the sound of the palm trees will lull you to sleep.

Public transport, taxis, car rental, public parking ... it is all a minute's walk away. The airport is a 10-minute drive from this apartment.

Bed linen, bath towels and towels are provided. In the refrigerator you can find all kinds of goodies to prepare a nice breakfast. Let me know if you have vegetarian, vegan or certain allergies.

Der Geheimgang

Die Wohnung im "Geheimgang" war in etwa so wie beschrieben. Für eine zentrale Stadtlage war sie recht ruhig, wenn die untere Wohnung nicht bewohnt wird!! Die Hotelanlage hinter dem Wohnkomplex ist jedoch immer wieder zu hören(Animationsprogramme) und auch zu riechen(Küchenabluft je nach Windrichtung)! Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber! Man hatte einen recht schönen Ausbblick vom Bolkon aus.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer kleinen Siedlung, es sind ein paar Treppen und Schritte zu gehen, so dass man mit dem Auto nicht direkt vorfahren kann, was aber nicht stört. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, nur der Fernseher sollte mal repariert werden, denn der Empfang ist immer wieder mal gestört. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Birgit was super helpful and the apartment was exactly as advertised. She went above and beyond by providing little touches, nice towels and even snacks in the fridge. One note, it is a little hard to find. I would suggest meeting her at the property so you can find it easily.

Excellent flat at a very good price.

On arrival we were greeted by Leonardo, who was very pleasant. There was a welcome pack in the fridge that supplied the basics...very handy. The apartment itself is chic and cosy. I was highly impressed with the cleanliness and the overall appointment of the flat. The towels supplied were excellent, a real treat compared the tiny worn out rags that are often supplied!! The TV/internet box offered hundreds of channels and the internet was consistent and a good speed. The location of the flat is great, we could easily walk to the old town in 20 minutes, there are four supermarkets within 5 minutes walk of the flat which was a bonus. The kitchen is basic, fine to rustle up something light, there is no cooker or micrwave so all food needs to be prepared on the two hob rings. This didn't worry us at all as we tend to eat out on holiday. We did have a problem with the washing machine when we stayed, this was just unfortunate! Bed is large and very comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment. It represents excellent value for money.

Sono rientrata oggi da una settimana di vacanza fantastica a Lanzarote, un'isola che mi ha colpito come poche altre per i suoi panorami fuori dagli schemi, la sua natura talvolta estrema nella sua crudezza, la sua luce abbagliante, le sue spiagge ora di sabbia chiarissima, ora di arena vulcanica nerissima, il suo mare inaspettatamente accogliente e di temperatura piacevole che mai mi sarei aspettata in un isola in mezzo all'Atlantico. Ogni giorno una sorpresa. Se a tutto questo si aggiunge ciò che Lanzarote è in grado di offrire anche dal punto di vista culturale e artistico ecco che abbiamo un quadro completo di ciò che ci aspetta quando mettiamo piede in questa isola. Molto del mio entusiasmo è dovuto anche allo splendido appartamento che ci ha accolto e in cui abbiamo soggiornato molto comodamente ed alla gentilezza e disponibilità di Nadia e Leonardo che hanno saputo esaudire qualsiasi nostro problema sin dal giorno del nostro arrivo. Davvero non si può chiedere di più. Se tornerei a soggiornare in questa casa? Ma subito e di corsa!!!

A hidden gem!

Nestled between the old and new town offering the best of food and nightlife within a short walk! The apartment is perfect, having everything you need for a get away. Check in was great and they even provided some food for breakfast. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the beds were quite comfy! Parking was easy and we always found a spot right by the apartment. Would definitely stay here again!

A Hidden Gem

Situated on a car-free walk through in a quiet residential area, this is a lovely top floor apartment with both sea and mountain views from its sunny balcony. It is well furnished, tastefully decorated, and has much more individuality than the standard cloned Lanzarote apartment. It has a TV with all the English channels (including Sky and BT Sport!). Everything you could possible require is provided including beach towels. There was also shampoo, conditioner and shower gel as well as washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. On arrival, an extensive welcome pack of food was left for us in the fridge which we really appreciated. It is within easy walking distance of a variety of supermarkets, the beaches of Puerto del Carmen and an extensive range of bars, shops and restuarants. Nadia and Leonardo were fantastic hosts who were at the apartment to greet us on our arrival. They were friendly and helpful and responded promptly to our messages before our visit and also to ones whilst we were there. We would unreservedly recommend staying here and will almost certainly do so again ourselves!
