Great stay!

Our stay was great! Everything was just like the pictures. Very clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very nice and great to communicate with. Our family had a great time and will definitely stay there again.

This was a great property for a Lake Powell stay. The host, Andria, was very easy to communicate with. The home was clean and well stocked. We would stay here again in the future

Cozy & Exceptional Hospitality

We had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host was exceptional from start to finish. When we had a minor issue, it was resolved in less than 10 minutes — such quick and efficient service! The host also went above and beyond to accommodate an extension to our stay, which we truly appreciated. The home was exactly as described, comfortable, and well-maintained. The wind hindered our stay while visiting Lake Powell but staying here made it exceptionally comfy when plans changed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and welcoming experience.

Lake Powell Fishing Weekend

Fantastic gem in Ticaboo! This property is extremely well maintained and clean. Perfect location close to Lake Powell and easy to access. The property is well stocked with everything we needed. This will definitely be on our list in the future.

Amazing

Very nice place! Loved the covered deck, spent a lot of time out there. Clean and very well stocked with plates, glasses,etc. Everyone had a great time. Would love to come back again.

Fun time lake Powell

Andria was super easy to get ahold of and very accommodating house was clean as described The only glitch we had was wind blew out water heater but after wind let up we lit it and worked fine Would definitely stay there again

Ticaboo stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The house was spotless, spacious, and came equipped with everything we needed. Our main purpose was to view the annular eclipse in a remote and peaceful place, and it was truly awesome! We also explored the area for a few days and found it to be quite scenic. We hope to return.

Ticabo Lake House

This was a darling home away from home, disguised as a single wide. Master BR was large. Bunkhouse for the kiddos, darling. After Playing on the lake it is nice to know you can come back to a comfy spot and relax and review your day. This has everything you could need anymore. Even grandmas comfy quilt on the back of the couch. I would come back here in a minute.

Best Way to do Lake Powell

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Ticaboo! The house was super clean, we had plenty of space and we loved having a cool home to sleep in after a hot day on the lake. I have zero complaints about the accommodations. We will definitely try and stay here again next time we visit Lake Powell. The marina was a quick drive away. We brought most of our food with us and ate out a couple of times. The kitchen and the outside grill were great! We loved having the covered deck. We ate outside most of our meals. Plenty of space to park our boat and 2 trucks. Just follow the instructions they give for the swamp coolers and they work great.

Oct 11-14 Wood Stay

Overall it was good. The smoke alarm in the master bedroom was too sensitive. It went off whenever someone took a shower. The rat poison under the sink was empty and the white traps were also empty. I believe there was some rodent problem but we didn't see any so no big deal. lol My wife noticed I packed one of your games. I will ship the game back to that address asap. Thank you, JW

Lake Get away!

Overall, we had a great time! Plenty of room and it's comfortable. My only complaint was the cleanliness could have been a little better in certain areas. The guest bathroom had hair all over the floor and a bunch of dust bunnies. There was something on the coffee table, it was from something that had spilled over so there was several good sized drink rings. We did find a few dirty dishes and the outside grill had not been touched and still had big food chunks, as well as one of the side shelves was covered in something greasy. There was someone smeared on one of the hand towels in the master bathroom. I would stay here again. Andria was great to work with and very responsive. We appreciate the quick response to the hot water heater.
