「Good location, very clean, helpful staff.」

「I had an issue with the AC as I arrived. Staff at reception were accommodating and I was moved to a lower floor unit that the AC worked better. Still it wasn't as cooler as I like to sleep. Staff at buffet very accommodating and helpful. I wish AC was cooler.」

「Great large apartment, secure garage parking for my motorcycle. Super TV, super shower, comfortable bed. Only small problems were dirty cups and cutlery and no kettle. Only minor problems. Overall I was very pleased and would definitely stay here again if I revisit the lovely town of Zamora.」

「When I went there in the morning to leave a case I was dismayed to find a lot of steep steps. However going back in the afternoon to check in I asked if there was somewhere to leave my mobility walker I was given a key to access the building and use a lift. Excellent. We overcame my lack of Spanish.」

「Eventhough I got there after the advertised check-in time, they were very accomodating and friendly. I even came back down after the bar was closed to buy a bottle of water and they happily opened the bar backup and sold me a bottle. I spent one night there on my way to Porto, Portugal, but I wished I could have spent more. The free breakfast was good as well. I will stay at this hotel again and again. Keep up the good work!」
