“The best part of this hotel is the staff. Very friendly, very helpful and spoke brilliant English, which was handy, as my Arabic is terrible. “ The hotel is run down, our balcony door did not shut so noise and wind coming through at night. Shower door did not shut so bathroom was flooded with every shower. Sink had a crack in it, mirror backing was faded, tables in restaurant all rocked. The hotel photos are very deceiving. The fridge was arms distance from the bed. The good points are that the hotel was very clean and spotless. The staff were really nice and helpful. ”

“Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles”
