The Residence is situated in Oldesio, hamlet of Tignale and about 1 Km from Gardola (the centre of Tignale), easy to reach by feet or car and about 6 km from the beach.
There are 30 apartments (2- and 3- room apartments) modernly furnished and have fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, necessary equipment, TV Sat, safe, balconies furnished with table and chairs.
