In the centre of VAL CLARET, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 20 m from the skiing area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, heating available only from 01. Dec. - 30. Apr.. Supermarket 100 m, restaurant 10 m, bakery 20 m, bus stop 300 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Sports centre 2 km, skisport facilities 200 m, ski school 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tignes Val d'Isère 20 m. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. Ski bus (free of charge). Guarded residence. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Tignes Val Claret.
    2-room apartment 42 m2 on 4th floor. Spacious and bright, very practical and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, mini-oven, dishwasher, microwave). Bathroom, sep. WC. Balcony, south facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Please note: apartment is for non smokers only.

Du plus et du moins

Emplacement idéal pour les pistes et commerces. Plusieurs détails gâchent le plaisir une fois installés. vaisselle limitée, la table bouge au point de ne pas oser y poser les coudes, 2 couettes trop petites pour un adulte et dans un état de propreté à revoir. Pas de machine expresso ni de sèche cheveux. Les prises dans la chambre créent de faux contacts. Trous dans le mur des WC à la place du distributeur de papier. Isolation très mauvaise & chauffage uniquement dans la SDB.

Muy sucio

Mala insonorización tanto por la noche como por las mañanas ruidos desde las 6am. Pésima limpieza, nunca había estado en un apartamento tan sucio. Vajilla sucia, mantas y colchones llenos de pelos, no habían limpiado cuando llegamos, y cuando vinieron a limpiar nos dicen que solo van a limpiar el baño que el resto es así como está.Las camas estaban de mala manera todo desordenado. La cocina sucia. Muy decepcionado.

Central skis aux pieds mais mal isolé

Mauvaise isolation phonique et thermique due aux fenêtres simples vitrages: les cris des sorties avinées des bars gêneront les couche tôt (jusque minuit) et les lève tard (dameuse à 7h15 pendant 20 minutes sur la placette) , les nuits sont fraîches dans la chambre et le salon mais il y a des couvertures . Parfait par ailleurs!!!

Agréable mais froid et bruyant

Appartement agréable mais impossible de régler le chauffage bloqué sur 19° avec des fenêtres d'origine qui laissent passer l'air, prévoir un gilet. Pas besoin de réveil, à partir de 6h30 un petit ratrack passe pour damer la petite place au bas de l'immeuble et ensuite se sont les commerçants qui enchaînent pour enlever la neige sur leur terrasse !!

Menage moyennement fait a l’arrivée, une très faible quantité de vaisselle donc besoin de faire beaucoup de vaisselle avec un lave-vaisselle très bruyant, pas de couette mais des draps et des couvertures, Une pomme de douche inadaptée à son usage, peut faire mieux car très bien situé

Bien place et prêt des pistes. Rangement pratique. Ménage à l'arrivée : pas très propre notamment les vitres., les coins dans la salle de bain et au niveau de l'appartement.....Dommage pour la belle vue....

Excellent

The whole process from booking to checking in was seamless. Excellent communication by email prior to arrival where all my queries were answered. Checking in took 5 minutes and staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The appointment was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Everything was supplied in the appointment. Excellent location from the view of the slopes from the balcony to the ski in ski out. The lift was literally 100 meters away. Right in the centre plenty of bars and restaurants very close. Ski storage was provided and well located. All in all we had a fantastic time. The best weather we had had in 17 years of skiing. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate in returning. If I had any negatives it would be one minor one which would be the fact that there were no English channels on the TV. (Very minor)

L'appart.est très bien placé.Facile d'accès .belle vue. La résidence est propre et bien entretenue. . Le chauffage léger. Eau chaude cuisine il n'y a pas grand chose.
