In a sunny position in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, on the lake, directly by the skiing area. In the complex: restaurant, boutique, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket 10 m, shopping centre 5 m, bakery, café 10 m, bus stop 100 m. Ski lift 50 m, chair lift, ski rental, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 10 m. Nearby attractions: Centre aquatique Le Lagon 50 m, Centre sportif Tignesespace 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Espace Killy 10 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Guarded residence. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Tignes le Lac.
    1-room studio 14 m2 on 3rd floor. Renovated: living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Open kitchen (2 hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. North facing position. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Les : emplacement, large cabine de douche, agence conciliante pour l'horaire de départ.Les - : Exigu, bruyant (bruits type travaux à toute heure, même la nuit), rideau peu occultant, absolument rien n'est fourni (même pas du sel, un torchon ou du liquide vaisselle), tiroir cassé, espace casiers à ski mal conçu et problème d'éclairage.

Klein maar fijn appartementje. Zeer goed gelegen en van het merendeel aan nodige zaken voorzien. Top voor een solotrip of koppel of twee heel goede vrienden. Ik zou het zo nog eens boeken voor een volgende trip. Verbeterpunten : extra lampje aan de kleedkast, microgolfoven ipv warme lucht oven, extra rekje tegen de muur boven bed, skihok in kelder renoveren (schimmel)

Cosy, fantastic location

Suited us really well. The location was fantastic for us, a couple of 100m from the bus station where we were getting dropped off, and from the Interhome office where we pick up the key. Also super-close to the Maison de Tignes, sport centre and swimming pool, with a supermarket on the bottom floor of the same building. The apartment itself was small but ideal for us two. One slept on the sofa and the other on a pull-out bed that rolled out from underneath and was easy to push back in for more space during the day. Both beds were comfortable. The bathroom has a really nice shower. The heating is good but I was a little cold at night with just the one thin blanket initially provided - an email to Interhome quickly produced two more and then I was really snug. Only drawback is that you need a security tag to use the lifts, and the stairs appear to be not for general use. So we couldn't have, say, one person go home early while the other did a few laps and called in at the supermarket (or at least not without calling the person with the tag to come down and let the other one in). One tag per occupant would have made life much easier.

Un bruit de canalisations d'eau toute la journée jusque tard le soir...(vibration des tuyauteries comme lle son d'un marteau piqueur...). Logement très exigu, prix exagéré. Séjour désagréable.

Tout près des pistes !

On sort de l'immeuble, on marche 20 mètres et on arrive au télésiège Palafour qui mène à une dizaine de pistes. Il y a aussi Tovière à 50m qui permet d'accéder plus facilement aux 150+ pistes de Tignes et du Val d'Isère. Le prix était très attractif. Seul souci : je n'avais pas de signal TV malgré toutes les sources testées et câbles rebranchés. Je n'ai donné cette information qu'au début sans y revenir donc je dirais que je suis autant fautif que l'agence.
