This elegantly renovated vacation rental is a 3-room apartment of 70 m2 situated on the 7th floor with a south-facing position, accommodating up to 8 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment has been fully renovated and features luxurious, tasteful furnishings throughout, offering bright and spacious interiors with a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run.

The entrance hall is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a practical sleeping area for additional guests. The living and dining room features a double sofabed of 160 cm and serves as a central gathering space, with direct access to one of the 3 south-facing balconies. The first bedroom is fitted with a double bed of 140 cm, includes its own shower, and also opens onto a south-facing balcony. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds of 80 cm each and similarly benefits from direct balcony access with a south-facing position. The bathroom and a separate WC complete the sanitary facilities of the apartment. All 3 balconies face south and are furnished with balcony furniture and 4 deck chairs, making them ideal for enjoying the panoramic mountain and ski run views.

Amenities Included

The apartment is comprehensively equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen features an oven, a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese, along with 2 fridges of 130 L each.
