“The rooms were clean, the towels soft, soap smells great. The hotel is less than a minute walk from the snow and 4 different lifts. The ski room has lockers for each room with 4 boot driers in each. The spa was very good after skiing, with heated pool, steam room and sauna. Staff is super friendly and helpful, quick to answer questions and give recommendations.”

“This is the 4th year that I have stayed in a Les Etincelles hotel and based on this experience it will be the last. On arrival the room type that I had booked had been changed- significantly smaller bed, different bathroom- plus lipstick stained glasses, no plug for the bathroom sink, a shower curtain that was not connected to the wall and kept falling down and robes and slippers missing. “This hotel fully deserves five-star rating, from the helpful and friendly reception, the modern and comfortable room (and indoor pool and spa), good housekeeping service to the excellent on-site restaurant. I'm particularly impressed by François and his team at the on-site ski shop. They took good care of my equipment and gave me very good boot adjustment advice (virtually saved me from getting a new ski boots!). The proximity to the ski slopes is a big plus. Highly recommended for anyone……

“We stayed here for one night and was great location in Le Lac. Short walk to ski lifts and bars/restaurants. Also lovely little spa - outdoor pool which was heated. Also has parking. So everything we needed for a convenient stay.”
