This tourist complex consists of a approved tourist rental house (Alojamiento Extra Hotelera en el Medio Rural EMR-38-5-0000014) with a capacity of 9 people and a Casa Vacational (Entregado a Probar) with a capacity of 5 People. Casa Corona can be joined with other nearby houses to create room for more guests. Just ask
The house is situated on the north west coast of La Palma just 1km away from Tijarafe town (that has most of the things you need for day to day living) . The sunny west coast of La Palma gets comfortable temperatures (from 15-35 degrees Celcius, 20 average) all year around and gets the most amazing and stunning sunsets. Sometimes fruits from the gardens are ripe and you can pick different fruits. Many months of the year flowers and green grass covers the entire property.
The main house can house up to 9 people comfortably, in 3 bedrooms, the house has 4 (including the rear Apartment) bedrooms yet the next door pool house has 2 extra bedrooms. The pool house is empty when it is not needed). The house has 3 high quality floor heated bathrooms and one bathroom has a whirlpool with chroma therapy and massage programs.
High speed Internet (50-300Mbits, download, 20mbits upload) Flatscreen satelite TV, Bluray / DVD, HIFI stereo, and personal stereo systems in many rooms form a natural part of the house. The huge glass roof floods the house with natural light and heat all year round and can easily be regulated with the retractable sun roof. At night the stars, and the moon can be inspected from within the house. The house also possesses a 100 m2 roof terrace with 360 degrees views, and a large court yard with parking for many cars. There is a gas Barbeque next to the house. Children younger than 2 years old stay for free in Casa Corona. Firewood and heating, pool heating is of course part of the Price.
The property consists of three Units, the House, the Pool House and the Apartment. The Apartment with a private access, terrace, bathroom and kitchen. It also enjoys a outdoor Hot-Tub with views of stars and ocean. The usage of the Apartment is included in the price from 12 Guests. With less then 12 guests the Apartment can be rented extra for 50 Euros per night. The Apartment is great if some in the group wish some extra privacy and Luxury.
The 200m2 pool area has a heated (24-28 degrees Celsius) 8 x 4 meter salt water pool that makes it very easy to enjoy life. Pool heating costs and Villa heating is included in the price. Next to the Pool you will find the outdoor Sauna House with seating for 6 people. There is also a ping pong table by the pool for those family tournaments.The Pool house has a built in cave that enjoys a private access to the pool area. This cave is perfect for meditation, afternoon naps and is the best sleeping room on the whole estate (if you ask me). Clients have access to this cave although they do not use the pool house for extra sleeping space.
Disclaimer; we have a lot of facilities, appliances, Jacuzzi, pool heating etc and sometimes unfortunately things might brake. We do our best to keep everything at a good and functional state, but if things should have issues while you are there, please try to be compassionate with us as La Palma is not the easiest to get stuff to.
