"When scheduling my stay there was an error of 2 days instead of one night. The staff member Glenda was great helping me straighten out the error with Expedia. The morning we checked out she was there and gave great directions and information about where we were headed. "

"I really think someone needs to call me regarding this review because it isn't going to be pretty. We checked in, opened the door to the room and someone was in the bed so I backed right out of there, texted my husband who was unloading to stop at the desk and get another room. Got another room, walked in and it looked to be cleaned but when I pulled the comforter back, the bed was made but the sheets had not been changed. Was then given another room and it was the same exact scenario again. I called the desk and asked for a set of clean sheets and changed them myself. Just a bad bad experience and we will never be back. In fact, I think we should be credited for this stay, and I will probably call them in person to do so....If we had not been driving 12 hours, I would not have stayed there...."

"Parking lot is a bit small and ended up being full by the time we arrived for our late check-in. Cleaning staff disregarded the "do not disturb" sign on our door and woke us around 8:30 or 9 am. Still gave 5 stars for a very good stay, with clean rooms, decent breakfast, and friendly and helpful staff, like their excellent night manager "Aspen"!"

"Staff was very nice which is why I will give it a 3 star. Beds are so uncomfortable and an inside pool is advised but was closed. The pool was the reason we chose this place. Breakfast is 16 a piece…way too much in my opinion. Probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again simply for the beds. "
