「I had to cancel the reservation due to 5 of the 7 people in my group were ill and we were unable to travel to Benni Mellal and this hotel. Expedia and I tried to no avail to get my refund of 3 rooms but to no avail. This is very disappointing. I cancelled in enough time by still the hotel Ouzoud would not refund my money.
