Lovely apartment

Everything worked like a dream with this apartment; it was easy to find with the directions given, the location was very quiet but only a few minutes by car from the rather swish resort of Timmendorfer Strand and the charmng Travemunde. We were fortunate to be greeted and looked after by Julie .The apartment is modern, clean and beautifully finished. The wifi worked well and there is even a small patio in front of the house for alfresco dining. It seems that cash is the norm when paying for holidays in this part of Germany, so don't be put off or worried. The shallow water of the Baltic resorts was made for bathing - in June the sea temperature was 18 degrees and I believe it rises to 24 degrees by the end of summer. This is not a region favoured by the British but it is a great place to visit and relax and we would recommend it whole heartedly. The local lake (seen in the photo's) is less than 10 minutes walk and aparently home to the sea eagle. We had a great week and were sorry to leave.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns in der liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt in einem kurzem oder auch längerem Urlaub, sodass man sich direkt wohl fühlen kann. Sehr gut gefallen haben uns die ruhige Lage, die schöne Terrasse und der eigene PKW-Stellplatz direkt am Haus. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Hemmelsdorfer See ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und lädt mit seiner Aussicht und ruhe dazu ein die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Wohnung ist mit ihrer guten Lage ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Timmendofer Strand mit seinen Seebrücken, dem schönen Strand und den Restaurants in denen man sehr gut essen kann wenn man keine Lust zum Kochen hat. Auch Lübeck mit seinen schönen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist schnell erreicht Karls Erlebnis-Dorf in Warnsdorf ist einen kleinen Ausflug wert auch für Familien mit Kindern. Der Kurstrand, die Nordermole oder der Alte Leuchtturm in Travemünde sind auch schöne Tagesausflugsziele und auch die Sandskulpturen. Es gibt das eine oder andere dass Wir nicht geschafft haben zu besichtigen und deswegen kommen wir auf jeden Fall und gern wieder. Denn direkt um den Ort Hemmelsdorf für kleine oder auch etwas größere Spaziergänge gibt es ja auch noch das ein oder andere zu entdecken. Oder die Küste aufwärts Scharbeutz , Haffkrug, Sierksdorf oder Grömnitz. MfG Patricia und Heiko aus Lütgenrode

Tolle Ferienwohnung in absolut ruhiger Lage. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern, alles eher besser als beschrieben. Eine Oase abseits des Trubels in Timmendorf, trotzdem alles bestens in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung.

Trotz nicht allzu gutem Wetter hatten wir einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub so braucht.

Erholsame 14 Tage

Im Vorfeld unseres Urlaubs gab es einen sehr angenehmen Mailverkehr mit den Vermietern. Unsere Fragen wurden zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir eine saubere, komplett eingerichtete 2 Zimmer Ferienwohnung vor. In einem ruhigen Wohngebiet gelegen (Spielstraße!) konnten wir perfekt abschalten. Die mitgebrachten Fahrräder waren ideal um nach Timmendorfer Strand zu fahren oder die Umgebung zu erkunden. Uns hat es alles in allem super gefallen und wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Hemmelsdorf 2022

Wir waren im Juli 2022 für 1Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage ist herrlich ruhig. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und freundlich, hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und war wirklich sehr bemüht, das wir uns wohlfühlen 😊 Die Lage ist sehr nah am Hemmelsdorfer See und auch zum Timmendorfer Strand ist es nicht weit.. Wir können diese Wohnung auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen 👍 Anja und Vladimir aus Goch

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr gepflegtes Haus und eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Wohnung enthält wirklich alles was man braucht. Da das Haus etwas vom Strand weg ist, kann man dort die Ruhe sehr genießen. Kaum Autoverkehr und sehr schöne gut ausgeschilderte Radwege vom Haus aus.Man ist mit dem Rad oder Auto schnell am Strand und kann dann dort den Trubel genießen . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ruhige Oase in der Nähe des Timmendorfer Strandes

Wir waren für zwei Wochen zu Zweit in der hübsch eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse, die zum Verweilen und zum Frühstück in der Sonne einlädt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war perfekt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die ruhige Lage, die schöne Terrassenbepflanzung und der eigene PKW-Stellplatz direkt am Haus. Die Wohnung ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Lübeck, Travemünde und zu den Plöner Seen, auch ein Trip nach Hamburg oder nach Fehmarn ist mit kurzer Anfahrt möglich. Kilometerlange Strände in Timmendorf liegen „um die Ecke“ mit allen Attraktionen wie: Strandpromenaden, Häfen, Cafes, Restaurants… und danach zur Erholung zurück in die kleine Oase. Licht und Schatten

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet an einer Spielstrasse. Leider halten sich die Einheimischen nur selten an die Geschwindigkeitsvorgaben, so dass Kleinkinder gefährdt sind, da die Terrasse der Wohnung direkt an die Straße grenzt. Die Terrasse selbst hat leider nur bis zum späten Vormittag Sonne, da fällt ein gemütlicher Dämmerschoppen flach, Dafür ist man gottseidank relativ schnell am Strand von Timmendorfer Strand, Niendort oder Scharbeutz und kann dort seinen Sundowner genießen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hatte eine schöne Größe für uns mit einem Kleinkind. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass es so viele Spielsachen für Kinder gab. Es war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Super auch, dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt! Wir sind von dort aus mit Fahrrädern durch schöne Landschaft zum Strand gefahren. Die Vermietet sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit :-) Vielen Dank!

Schöngelegene Wohnung, tolle Gastgeber

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Vorfeld haben wir bei Rückfragen sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Auch die Übergabe lief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die schöne Wohnung ist mit allen erforderlichen eingerichtet, sodass man sich direkt wohl fühlen kann. Der Ort liegt an einem See, welcher fußläufig erreichbar ist. Alles weitere, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Strand, etc, findet man in den umliegenden Ortschaften.

Wir sind mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich und es fehlte an nichts! Auch unsere 2 jährige Tochter hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage kurz vor Timmendorfer Strand ist ideal für weniger Trubel. Man fährt mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten. Wir sind über einen Feldweg auch mal mit Kinderwagen zu Fuß gelaufen, aber da muss man für einen Weg schon an die 75 Minuten einplanen. Per Rad ist es auch sehr schnell. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Zusammengefasst: vollstens zufrieden

Mitten in einer Eigenheimsiedlung. Die Terrasse ist sehr klein und nicht gemütlich, da das Auto unmittelbar davor steht und gleich auf der Straße ist.

Vorstellungen haben sich erfüllt...

Unterbringung für 2Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Freundliche und gut betreuende Vermieter. Umgebung lädt für Freizeitaktivitäten ein. Strand in Timmendorf und Umgebung gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Unterkunft ist auf alle Fälle weiter zu empfehlen.

Super tolle Ferienwohnung, in der wir uns wohlgefühlt haben. Wir waren als kleine Familie, Kind 2 Jahre alt, im Urlaub. Wir haben die ruhige Lage in Hemmelsdorf geschätzt, Timmendorfer Strand war mega überfüllt im Sommer 2020. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, die Vermieter waren freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war trotz der hohen Außentemperatur schön kühl. Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft!

Wunderbar gelegen und familienfreundlich

Die FeWo ist wirklich optimal gelegen - nicht weit zum Timmendorfer Strand, zu Niendorf, Haffkrug und auch für einen Stadtausflug in das schöne Lübeck. Die FeWo ist optimal für 2 Personen oder eine Familie mit Kleinkind. Auf der Terasse kann man besonders morgens wunderbar in der Sonne sitzen und sich für den Tag stärken. Abends lohnt sich in jedem Fall ein Spaziergang zum traumhaften Hemmelsdorfer See. Die Inhaberin ist sehr nett und vor allem kinderlieb. Unsere Kleine war begeistert rundherum. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen Dank!

Wenn kinderfreundlich dann hier !

Wir hatten einen herrlich schönen Urlaub in der angemieteten Ferienwohnung. Familie Hübner hat die Wohnung mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Unser Sohn (19 Monate) hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt (was auch an Frau Hübner lag😊).Ein Spielplatz ist in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Diese Wohnung ist absolut für kleine Kinder geeignet. Hemmelsdorf ist ein sehr ruhiges und schönes Dörfchen. Alles liegt zentral und ist mit dem Auto und zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Immer wieder gerne !!!!!
