angenehmer Kurzurlaub

Niendorf gefällt uns sehr wegen der guten zentralen Lage.Die Fewo ist für uns zwei durchgängig angenehm in Lage und guter Ausstattung: von Schlafzimmer,Küche über Wozi und Bad: alles da was man braucht. Da werde wir sicher wieder hin fahren.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Niendorf. Die Wohnung ist modern und gut geschnitten. Ich würde sagen, für 3 Personen optimal, für 4 Personen möglich. Im Gästezimmer können 2 Personen gut schlafen, jedoch müsste ein Bett immer eingefahren werden, wenn das Zimmer dann zu mehr als zum Schlafen genutzt werden soll. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist wunderbar und komplikationslos. Wie in anderen Bewertungen bereits genannt, kann die nebenan verlaufende Bundesstraße sicher etwas stören, wenn man auf der Terasse sitzt. Innerhalb des Hauses hört man davon nichts. Wir haben die Umgebung mit eBikes erkundet, was wunderbar funktioniert. Es ist eine traumhafte Umgebung. Bei schlechten Wetter hilft die die weit entfernte Ostsee-Therme. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wohnen nebenan. Zum Strand/Zentrum ist es nicht weit und es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und reichlich Ausflugziele in der Umgebung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft ist etwas holperig, da könnte ggf. etwas Verbesserung Stattfinden, aber das liegt nicht bei dem Vermieter sondern bei der Stadt/Gemeinde...

Haben von Grömitz bis Lübeck alles abgeklappert.Niendorf liegt mittig und ist ein ruhiger Ort.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Strandnähe. Lediglich der Wäscheständer war etwas klein. Sehr nette Vermieter mit tollen Tipps (Ausflüge und Essen).

Schönes modernes Haus, mit einer kleinen, schön eingerichteten Wohnung im EG. Offene Küche, zwar wenig Platz zum kochen aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Fernsehen gucken im Sommer um 20 Uhr schwierig da zu hell. Fernseher ansonsten technisch up to Date. Garten mit Grill Möglichkeit, essen, sonnen, alles möglich, auch für Kinder ideal zum spielen. Vermieter wohnen nebenan, lassen einen aber komplett in Ruhe, außerdem scheint die Familie sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit zu sein. Das einzig wirklich zu bemängelnde ist die recht laute Straße, die man aber überhaupt nicht sieht. Zum Abend hin, wird es ruhiger und man verdrängt diese Tatsache recht schnell. Strand ist zu Fuß, im entspannten Tempo, in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen, definitiv empfehlenswert.

Kleine hübsche Wohnung in Strandnähe

Die Nähe zum Strand ist toll, allerdings ist die nah verlaufende Hauptstraße recht laut. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber recht neu und hübsch. Ausstattung ok, im Detail aber verbesserungswürdig. Wir haben auf den sehr dünnen Matratzen nicht so toll gelegen. Da wir keinen Kaffee aus Kapseln trinken möchten blieb uns nur die äüßerst einfache Kaffeemaschine. Eine Kaffeekanne haben wir nicht gefunden. Die Ausstattung an Küchenmessern oder Arbeitsschüsseln in der Küche war dürftig. Der sehr kleine Trockenständer reicht kaum für 3 Badehandtücher. Der Deckenstrahler im Wohnzimmer war defekt und wurde trotz Meldung während unseres Aufenthalts nicht in Ordnung gebracht.
