“As I checked in the staff member Mr. Henry was checking someone else in. His presentation was of the charts if I didn't want to stay there but by listening to how well he presented to the customer in front of me. I felt more than welcome and was like "yeah I am staying here". Mr. Henry was Awesome. Then when I checked out the black gentlemen (sorry didn't get his name) at desk that night, he was very helpful when checking out. These two staff members were great.”

“I tried to contact the staff at 10 o'clock, but no one answered. Even when I called 500, no one answered. It's really terrible!!! I have never seen a hotel without any staff or security personnel. I did not successfully check into the hotel and I hope the hotel can refund me!!!”
