Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Umgebung
Wir verbrachten mit Kind und zwei Hunden wundervolle Tage in der Villa Ketrin. Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen, der Comfort im und ums Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der riesige Garten ist ein Traum. Martina und Ketrin empfingen uns herzlich und waren auch wärend des Urlaubs durchgehend erreichbar. Die Lage des Anwesens ist perfekt für Ausflüge ans Meer, Wandern, Essen gehen... Wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Tausend Dank Martina und Ketrin für eine super entspannte, wunderbare Zeit!

Sehr schönes, großzügiges Haus in ruhiger Ortsrand-Lage. Leider ist das Geschirr/Kochgeschirr und der Geschirrspüler (40cm Breit) für eine Vollbelegung mit 6 Personen etwas "dürftig" ausgelegt. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu "Meckern",herzlicher Empfang mit bereitgestellter "Erstversorgung (Brot,Aufschnitt,kalte Getränke etc.) toller Pool mit gut 160 cm Tiefe, ausreichend Sonnenliegen incl.Badehandtüchern, Sonnenschirmen etc. Auch positiv zu bemerken ist, das uns unsere "Empfangsdame" Martina mindestens einmal die Woche kontaktiert hat und nachfragte ob wir etwas benötigen (frische Handtücher/Bettwäsche....) Alles in Allem Top.

In the center of Istria - ideal place for a family
We - a family with several boys between 21 and 10 years old have enjoyed the vacation in this house very much. Already to welcome us in the middle of the night (due to the many traffic jams on arrival) the landlady brought us cold drinks and bread / sausage and so we had directly local products for dinner. She was super nice and was always available for us via phone/Whatsapp. She gave us recommendations for tours, shopping and restaurants. We can fully support all of her recommendations. The ideal place to switch off and relax - a wonderful night sky showed thousand stars. There was a great long-range view - in the evening you could see the sun set over the Mediterranean. Who was looking for party and pubs - may be wrong here - but for us as a retreat and at the same time starting point for various tours on the Istrian peninsula just ideal. In the village itself there were only a few houses, a cute dog and now and then a cow. That is why it is absolutely necessary to have a car available here - even the nearest grocery store was 3.5km away in the next village. The house was very clean and everything necessary was available. All rooms had separate air conditioning - each bedroom had its own bathroom. For the kids there was table football and lots of indoor and outdoor games - the pool was well maintained, clean and large for the whole family. Do not forget mosquito spray and long pants for the evening because of the mosquitoes in the evening.

Wundervolle Villa, freundlichste und wärmste Martina bei der Ankunft. 14 Tage, die wir nie vergessen. Interieur perfekt, Pool perfekt, Umgebung perfekt, Landschaft perfekt , Land perfekt. Die Restaurants waren alle von hoher Qualität, das Angebot landestypisch und international. Wir würden dieses Objekt immer wieder buchen. Eine tolle Ferienwohnung !
Wir waren als junge Familie mit unserer kleinen Kindern für ein paar Tage da. Die Kommunikation mit Martina war sehr toll, sie hat uns mit kühlem Wein und Frühstückszubehör im Kühlschrank positiv beeindruckt, ihre Tipps und Empfehlungen über Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung waren sehr hilfreich. Perfekt
Es war ein perfekter Urlaub. So herzlich empfangen wurden wir noch nie. Am letzten Tag waren wir sehr traurig, dass wir fahren mussten. Es fehlte an nichts. Der nächste kleine Supermarkt ist 3 km entfernt, ein etwas größerer 7 km. Wir sind dennoch bis zum Lidl und Plodine gefahren (16km). Wer einen unkomplizierten, ruhigen Urlauben machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Mein Tipp: Routen ohne Maut eingeben und man findet die schönsten Ecken Istriens. Einen großen Dank an die Gastgeberin, der Wein war super. Wir werden wieder buchen !!!!

Traumurlaub in Radetici
Trotz einiger Regentage war unser Urlaub in der Villa Ketrin grandios. Das Haus ist mit allem, was man sich nur erdenken kann ausgestattet, und es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt.Und das beste von allem: Martina, die Gastgeberin, ein wunderbarer herzensguter Mensch. Sie hat uns auf das Herzlichste mit Speis und Trank und einem gut gefüllten Kühlschrank willkommen geheißen und uns während des gesamten Urlaubs liebenswert und fürsorglich betreut. Danke für alles! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Schönes Ferienhaus auf dem Land
Das Ferienhaus liegt auf dem Land. Rundherum gibt es nichts außer Feldern und Wald. Ein Auto ist daher essentiell. Mit dem Auto kann man aber in 30 Minuten zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangen. In etwas über einer Stunde ist man auch nach Italien gefahren oder in die letzte Ecke von Istrien. Man kann die Region also von hier sehr gut erkunden. Das Ferienhaus war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es gab Gewürze, Grill mit Kohle und Anzünder, Klopapier, etc. Man braucht wirklich nichts mitzubringen. Das Haus ist modern und gut eingerichtet und top sauber. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sprechen perfekt Englisch. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu meckern.
