However, there are air conditioning units in each bedroom and a living area. The living room overlooks the garden and the pool. The house consists of an open kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with shower on the first floor. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a small bathroom with shower.
In the garden there is a pool with hydromassage, Bbq, table, chairs, sun beds and a sunshade. The high stone walls surround the property. The property is pet friendly.
Small public parking is at the side of the property.

The villa offers a private entrance and a key safe for your convenience. Guests can enjoy the private pool, garden, and outdoor kitchen. Inside, you'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV for your entertainment.

Stock up on essentials at the local grocery stores and bakery, or enjoy a relaxing coffee at the caffe bar. Additional services like a hairdresser and massage are also available within the village. For more extensive shopping, the larger supermarkets in Poreč and Pazin are just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

To reach Casa Antignana in the heart of Tinjan, we recommend arriving by car, as it offers the most flexibility for exploring the beautiful Istrian countryside. There is a small public parking area conveniently located right next to the property. While public transport options in this rural area are limited, major regional hubs such as Porec and Pazin are easily accessible by car in approximately twenty minutes. The nearest international airport is Pula Airport, which is roughly a forty-five minute drive from the villa.Trieste Airport (Ronchi dei Legionari) is approximately 125 km from Tinjan.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the swimming pool is available for your enjoyment from the beginning of April until mid October. Parking, wireless internet, bed linens, towels, and air conditioning are all included in your stay.

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out must be completed by 10:00.

To ensure compliance with public safety regulations, all guests are required to complete an online check-in process prior to arrival, which may include submitting an image of your identification card or a selfie.

Families traveling with children can request a high chair and a crib.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of 10 EUR per night, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per booking.
